My evening routines are essential to ensuring I sleep well and wake up ready to conquer the day. While every night seems to be a little different, these are the top 5 things I tick off every night before bed!
As much as I want to, the time I head off to bed is always different. I don’t know about you, but I’m the kind of person who has to be in the mood for sleep to really be able to settle. This means, some nights I’ll have to sit up and explore a creative idea before I can finally settle into sleep. My brain has trouble settling like that!
I’ve found that these 5 things help remind my body that sleep is our focus on the evenings. So no matter what time of night, these habits are essential for a good night’s sleep for me!
