Podcasts are a great way to incorporate learning opportunities into your daily routine. Whether you listen to them in the shower, on your daily commute or on your evening walk, I often pick podcasts over music because it feels like a really productive way to spend my time. Some nights, when I’m struggling to sleep, I’ve found that podcasts are a great way to distract your mind from stressing about the day to come, or over-thinking the day that was. Below, I’ve listed 6 podcasts which I’ve found helpful depending on what mood, or what scenario I’m listening to them in. Check it out! If you haven’t listened to a podcast before, you’ve probably at least heard someone say, ‘I’ve been listening to this podcast which has been talking…’ It’s a pretty common thing, mostly because podcasts are so available and there are so many out there to choose from! When I first took a scroll through the Apple Podcast app, I was rather overwhelmed by all the options! It seems like every man and his dog has a podcast about something. After dabbling in many podcasts, these are the few which I constantly fall back upon.
