There are certain life lessons that only experience can teach you. It’s what makes us better at things, more prepared and more interesting people to be around. As children, we have to learn lessons by falling off, making mistakes, and coping with a few bruises. But as we get older the lessons aren’t as easy or as simple as learning how to ride a bike or not to touch a hot pan. I wanted to share a few lessons that I’ve had to learn the hard way, and yet have made the biggest difference in my life. In my honest opinion, meal prepping is the best way to help your future self make better nutritional choices.
