Spring has finally sprung! While the temperatures still may be chilly, at least the end is near. You can almost taste a sense of summer! However, there is something special about spring. It’s a wonderful season for experimenting with new routines and recipes in preparation for the summer months. If you’re looking to start a new routine, get yourself back on track or experiment with new habits, then this is the perfect opportunity! Check out our introduction to spring below!
Habit’s We’re Focusing On:

If goal setting isn’t your thing, having a list of habits that you focus on for a season is a really great way to make small, incremental changes to your routine and can be just as effective! While we recommend reviewing your goals as each season ticks over, we like to share a few of the key habits we’ll be focusing on this season to help keep you inspired!

1. Getting back into nature: whether that’s pottering in the garden, exploring new walking trails in your area or simply meeting friends for a coffee and a walk!

2. Eat meatless once a week: reduce your impact on the environment and encourage experimenting with vegetarian cooking!

3. Simplify your home: focus on spring cleaning and detoxing your home
