New Zealand Courier - $4.50 - $9.50 depending on weight (2 - 3 working days)
New Zealand Courier (Rural) - $9.50 - $13.00 depending on weight (3 - 6 working days)

Return & Exchange Policy
If an item arrives and is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the item arriving to organise an item exchange or refund. Please note, there is no reimbursement for original shipping charges or return shipping, however ideally please return the item in their original packaging and mailer. The item must be sent back to us with tracking included, and this parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Live Lively. We will not accept refunds if the product has been used, or if you have changed your mind. We also do not accept refunds on sale or discounted items.
